After extensive careers in industrial machinery, the founders of Chief Food Machinery noticed that there was a lack of motivated and effective competition in the advanced Food Machinery industry, particularly among suppliers in the flatbread and tortilla sector. The small number of major western providers were charging high prices that were difficult to justify. At the same time there were several suppliers from lower cost manufacturing  areas that were offering cheap equipment, but not at acceptable quality levels for advanced Western bakeries. Chief’s founders invited several other experienced professionals to help develop a company that could merge these two extremes and deliver advanced, high quality machinery to users at a reasonable price while also providing the service and parts availability demanded by top tier producers. Our team of owners, managers, advisers, engineers and technicians brings over 150 years of combined experience and expertise in industrial machinery and bakery processes.
