Overview
Our fully automatic flour tortilla line is engineered for industrial-scale tortilla manufacturing. Precisely portioned and rounded dough balls are transferred by an automatic loader to the hot press, which flattens them into perfectly round discs. The discs are baked in a multi-tiered oven with even heat distribution for optimal texture, then cooled, automatically inspected and counted into uniform stacks ready for packaging.
Beyond flour tortillas, the same line can produce pressed wraps and a wide range of flatbreads simply by changing press tooling and recipe parameters — giving you product flexibility without a second capital investment.

What You Can Produce
- Flour tortillas — taco (6"), fajita (8"), burrito (10"–12") and up to 14"
- Pressed wraps and sandwich wraps
- Flatbreads and other pressed bread products
- Flavored and coloured tortillas (optional recipe support)
- Gluten-free and high-hydration doughs (optional configuration)

How the Line Works
- Mixing & dosing — flour, water and ingredients are metered and mixed to recipe (optional module).
- Chunking & feeding — mixed dough is chunked and fed to the divider.
- Dividing & rounding — a high-speed divider/rounder portions and rounds dough into uniform balls.
- Proofing — an overhead proofer rests the dough for consistent extensibility (optional).
- Automatic loading — the loader transfers dough balls to the press in register.
- Hot pressing — the tortilla press flattens each ball into a round, even disc.
- Baking — a multi-tier / three-pass oven bakes to full colour and structure.
- Cooling — a cooling conveyor stabilises the product and prevents condensation.
- Inspection — automatic visual inspection rejects off-spec product (optional).
- Counting & stacking — a counter-stacker produces neat, uniform stacks.
- Packaging — automatic bagging and case packing (optional).

Frequently Asked Questions
What capacity can you supply? Capacity is driven by press width, oven configuration and product size. Tell us your target output (pcs/hour or kg/hour) and product sizes and we will size the line accordingly.
Can one line produce several tortilla sizes? Yes. Press tooling and recipe parameters can be changed quickly for different diameters and weights.
How many operators does the line need? Typically two to three operators per shift, depending on automation level and packaging scope.
Do you provide installation and training? Yes — on-site installation, commissioning, operator training and ongoing support, with AR remote assistance for fast troubleshooting.
What about warranty and spare parts? Standard warranty with readily available spare parts, plus regional inventory in Europe and the Americas.
